Tracy was the evening front desk agent and she went above and beyond to get me on the 1st floor as the elevator was out of order. I have mobility issues so hiking up to the 3rd floor was not something I wanted to do. The restaurant that is attached is The Wood Cutter and the food was great. If you like good hearty pub food, this is your place. Our server at lunch was Lindsey and she was fabulous. Felt like I was talking to family. We loved it so much, we went back for dinner. Morgan was our server and she was great too. If though she was a bit busy, she took time to chat and made us feel welcomed.
Room was clean. Front desk person was nice and accommodating. Lobby was presentable and tidy. Affordable price.
My stay at twin pines was very enjoyable. Room service was hard at work, thank you so much. The staff are helpful and very pleasant. Woodcutters is alright and has some decent food too.
Very happy with the state of the room, it was clean and quiet, lovely addition of coffee and muffins in the morning in the lobby. This was our pitstop on the way to BC and was perfect, nothing too fancy but a great stop for a good nights rest.
After a long drive it was a delight to check in with the Lady working the front desk on Sunday, August 10th. She was kind and helpful. For an older Hotel it was comfortable and clean.
Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable! Great experience, would go again. Definitely recommend it!
